High Country Consignment (formerly Anne’s Attic) is a trusted consignment store offering a variety of high-quality furnishings and decorative accessories. Ready to consign? Here's our process:

1. Please send pictures of the items to be consigned along with your name and contact phone number to: regina@highcountry.com
   
2. We make the determination regarding the applicability of the consignment and our available floor space. At times we will have a waiting list.
   
3. We will call you to discuss details and estimated pricing. When possible, we like to know the manufacture, the original cost, and any other details you think we should know.
   
4. If items are a good match for our store, we will work with you to schedule a pick-up date. A pick-up fee is required and will be determined by your location and number of items to be picked up. (This fee does not apply if you drop the items off at High Country Consignment.)
   
5. All beds should be broken down and ready to load on our truck and lighting must be taken down, otherwise there is a $35 per bed breakdown fee and we will not be able to accept lighting. We cannot accept mattresses.
   
6. There are two options for payments:
         a. 50/50 CHECK payment issued when item sells
        b. 60/40 STORE CREDIT issued that can be used in any of our three High Country Furniture showrooms in Waynesville and Hendersonville.
   
7. The consignment period is 3-months; a 10% price decrease will be in place for three months. If an item does not sale after the extended timeframe, we will call you to decide between donating the item or you can pick item(s) up or agree to drop the price for another 2-week period depending on available floor space.
