To ensure that your furniture arrives in excellent condition, High Country Furniture employs its own staff of delivery professionals. Approximately 90% of all items sold are stored in our own warehouse and delivered on our own trucks.

White Glove Delivery

Our delivery and installation specialists are experienced and well trained. We'll call to schedule a convenient time, then place your furniture in the room of your choice and assemble every piece. Simple and hassle free.

Ground Shipping

Smaller items ship through trusted carriers like FedEx or UPS and arrive right at your door. Some pieces may require minor assembly once they arrive, but setup is quick and straightforward.

Damage Free Guarantee

Inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If you notice any damage or defect, note it on the receipt and let us know within 24 hours. We'll repair or replace the piece right away.

Simple Returns

Changed your mind? Contact us within 5 days and we'll arrange pickup from your home. Items must be in new condition. Shipping fees aren't refundable, and special order or clearance pieces are final sale.
